Kimberly Davids is the President of the Arizona Builders Alliance. She has over 20 years of construction industry experience having served in a variety of roles throughout her career including project engineer, superintendent, project manager, project executive, operations manager and vice president and general manager overseeing an entire business unit for the southwest region of a large general contracting company.
She was recognized in ENR’s National (and Southwest) Top 20 Under 40 List in 2018, CFMA Emerging Leader and Most Influential Woman. Over the years, she has been recognized in AZRE Arizona Business Leaders and People to Know. In 2022, she was highlighted as a Build Your Future AZ Woman in Construction Superstar.
Davids holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She and her husband John, reside in Scottsdale with their two German Shepard mixes, Coach and Ditka. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with the pups at their cabin up in Northern Arizona and traveling to locations that allow her to enjoy new cultures and adventures.
