Recognizing that the commercial construction industry is evolving at a breakneck speed and technology is accelerating the rate of learning, she capitalized on a unique time in the marketplace to deliver best-in-class customer service with an experienced team that is focused on collaboration, process management and doing the right thing 100% of the time.
Tiffany has been a part of design and construction projects since the early 2000s. Her experience includes field and operations experience in the custom homebuilding industry and years at Intel directing technical construction projects which have perfected her understanding of aesthetic and functional design, industry standard practices, proforma modeling, trends, safety, building codes and environmental regulations. She is LEED certified and leverages her Master of Science in Construction to develop and execute streamlined scope documents, project budgets, and aggressive schedules to deliver a superb experience to clients, consultants, partners and her team.
