Aaron has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with over 20 years directly with Fleming West. As President of Fleming West Building Company, he is responsible for the management of the design-assist steel solution company. His history in construction has given him the experience and knowledge that has made Fleming West Building Company an influence in the building market. The company provides a variety of services to the Phoenix, AZ areas including:
conventional/multi-story buildings, heavy complex structures, pre-engineered metal buildings, re-roofing and wall retrofits.
Prior to his role as President of Fleming West Building Company, Aaron graduated
with a B.S. in Business Administration from Missouri State University and became
the General Manager for Fleming Building Co. of Arkansas (D.B.A. Fleming West). Aaron’s expertise is a combination of experiences while working with Butler Manufacturing Company as an Area Manager, and as their Dealer Support Service Coordinator.
