In 2012, Jack founded the vertical indoor agriculture company Plenty(.ag) to solve the fresh produce supply chain problem. Plenty(.ag) is now valued at $2B. In 2017, Jack developed the business thesis for solving the affordability problem for first time home buyers and recruited the founding team for Diamond Age.
